Terms of Service

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Move, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Move you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

What Move is, and what it is not

Move keeps the record of your cars — their tyres, services, registration and insurance — shared with the people you choose, and tells you what is due, why and by when, from the dates and mileages you and the car's other members give it. Move does not book, pay or contact any garage, tyre shop, insurer or anyone else for you, and it is not an inspection of a vehicle. When Move does not know when something is due, it says so rather than guessing. Whether a car is safe to drive is for a qualified mechanic to judge.

Who can use it

Move is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Move. Use Move for cars you own, drive or are responsible for, and share a car only with people who should see its record.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your email

If you connect your email, you authorise Move to read it when you ask, to find your cars' paperwork. Move reads a message only to propose facts you confirm or decline, and never stores its text. You can disconnect at any time.

What Move does on its own

You choose how far Move acts: suggest only, draft for you to approve, or act and tell you. At every level it only writes to your own Helm to-dos and reminders. It never books, pays, contacts anyone, shares a car, or changes a trip.

Early access

Move is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free, that every message will be read correctly, or that every item a car needs will be listed.

Price

Move costs nothing during early access, and we take no payments for it. If that changes, we will tell you before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Fair use

Do not use Move to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage to a vehicle or anything else that follows from a suggestion, a reminder, or an item that was not listed. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using Move at any time and ask us to delete everything it keeps about you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
